Job summary

Huck’s Market is seeking an Assistant Manager in Indiana to oversee a shift and support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations. You will ensure prompt, courteous service, manage schedules, and help drive profitability through effective team leadership.

You will also promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers, maintain store appearance, and ensure a safe, compliant environment. Opportunities for growth within the company are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and provide service that meets Best In Class standards.
• Manage shift hours, assist Store Manager, and fill shifts as needed.
• Lead by example in appearance, conduct, and customer service.
• Communicate effectively with associates and management; report discrepancies.
• Oversee safe, clean store operations; ensure proper uniform and policy adherence.
