Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service.
• Adhere to shift hours and assist in filling shifts.
• Cover manager days off and work at least two evening shifts per week.
• Perform tasks assigned by Store Manager and communicate with staff.
• Follow federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Ensure associates wear proper uniforms and deliver prompt service.
• Complete shift-change reports and properly clock hours.
• Record sales, over-rings, refunds, and deposits per policy.
• Treat associates with dignity and respect; report policy violations.
• Maintain safe environment and secure handling of cash and merchandise.
• Maintain stock levels and correct pricing per DSD/grocery book.
• Ensure store cleanliness, maintenance, and sanitation procedures.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers.
