Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee a single store’s operation, including hiring, supervising and directing team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll undergo a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, with ongoing career and leadership development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Be responsible for delivering store results and customer satisfaction with support from the Panda community.
• Participate in store leadership training to prepare for advancement in management roles.
