Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store and lead a team to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, coach associates, and ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll participate in a 3+ week leadership training program, with mentorship and support from our Panda community to set you up for success and growth across the network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success through a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
