Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store. You will hire, lead, and direct associates to achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and restaurant operations.

A 3+ week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and mentorship during the 3+ week store leadership training program.
