Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Open availability for 24/7 operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous leadership experience in a food service or retail environment.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service while greeting and thanking customers.
• Assist in training, mentoring, supervising, and providing leadership to employees.
• Follow, interpret, and enforce company policy and procedures with team.
• Suggest purchases to customers and promote store specials.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of store areas including carwash where applicable.
• Restock shelving, displays, and coolers; minimize stockouts.
• Operate the cash register and report transactions according to policy.
• Prepare daily deposits and weekly supplier orders.
