Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible hours for a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior supervisory experience in foodservice or retail strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Lead by example and integrity in every action.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and invite them back.
• Perform cashier duties and ensure promo accuracy.
• Provide fast, friendly service and promote store products.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, coolers, pumps, and foodservice areas.
• Stock, rotate, and label shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Lead food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and compliance.
• Check in vendors and communicate as needed.
• Lead key store tasks and support special projects.
• Assist with schedule adjustments and communicate changes to the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate team members with Store/Asst Managers.
