Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team in Pickerington, OH. You will coach and motivate associates, deliver exceptional guest service, and ensure smooth theatre operations while partnering with the management team.

You’ll lead hiring and training, set performance expectations, and drive guest satisfaction through coaching and process improvements. This is a full-time role with opportunities for advancement within Marcus Theatres.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Experience coaching associates to deliver guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, anticipate needs, and provide exceptional service in a welcoming environment.
• Supervise, motivate, reward, and coach associates.
• Maintain smooth theatre operations through established systems.
• Assist with hiring, training, and associate development.
• Monitor KPIs to improve guest satisfaction and outcomes.
• Increase brand awareness and drive theatre traffic.
• Follow directives from theatre and corporate leadership.
