Job summary

Marcus Theatres in Waterloo, IA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will coach and motivate staff, hire and train new associates, and monitor KPIs to ensure service excellence and smooth theatre performance.
