Job Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve profit objectives, ensure guest satisfaction, and foster a friendly and enthusiastic work environment. Responsibilities include:

• Creating a fun, productive, and respectful environment and culture.
• Supporting daily restaurant operations and working at any station when necessary.
• Ensuring high levels of hospitality and service as the Manager on Duty.
• Maintaining compliance with food standards, quality, and safety regulations.
• Managing personnel records, schedules, and administrative reports.
• Adhering to operational procedures in the dining room, service area, and kitchen.
• Presenting specials, promotions, and marketing plans according to company standards.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Decision-Making Areas

• Team member assignments
• Purchases within inventory and budget limits
• Disciplinary actions when necessary
• Escalation of disciplinary issues
• Shift operation decisions

Physical Requirements
