Responsibilities

To assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve corporate profit objectives, provide guest satisfaction, and foster a friendly and enthusiastic work environment for all team members.

• Assist in creating a fun, productive, and respectful environment and culture.
• Support the daily operation of the restaurant and work at any station when necessary.
• As the Manager on Duty, ensure the highest level of hospitality and service to guests.
• Ensure compliance with food standards, quality, preparation, and production.
• Maintain standards in guest relations, labor and paper costs, safety, and sanitation.
• Prepare and maintain personnel records, schedules, and reports.
• Adhere to company procedures in the dining room, service area, and kitchen.
• Implement specials, promotions, and marketing plans during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Decision Making Areas

• Assign team member positions.
• Manage purchases within inventory levels and budgets.
• Handle disciplinary actions if the manager on duty is unavailable.
• Escalate disciplinary issues to higher management.
• Make decisions to execute shift operations effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully, meeting productivity standards.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
