Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and ensure food safety and quality standards.
