Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda store and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, and direct associates to achieve financial goals, while participating in a 3+ week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience goals.
• Provide leadership and coaching through a three+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain standards.
