Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship during the 3+ weeks of leadership program.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and store performance.
