Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings/ closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and manage/ direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and smooth store operations.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
