Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Gallatin, TN to help lead a Panda Express store. You will assist with hiring, directing staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, while participating in a multi-week leadership training program.

The role requires flexibility to relocate within 50 miles and a schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and support from our Panda community are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and support store team to ensure performance.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
