Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in the 3+ week store leadership training program.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and customer service.
