Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda store in Franklin, TN. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll undergo a 3+ week leadership training program and have opportunities for career growth within the company. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a strong culture of development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA: able to perform duties in a fast-paced kitchen environment, lift up to 50 lbs, stand long hours.
• Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Complete and participate in a multi‑week leadership training program.
