Position: Assistant Manager / Shift Leader

Cicis Pizza has over 300 locations in 32 states and we are still growing. We are looking for talented Shift Leaders who will help direct the shift operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate exemplary operations skills & personal integrity in all aspects of the restaurant, including making quality products for our guests and ensuring each product meets Cicis standards and reflects the guest's order.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to all guest concerns or issues. Solicit guest feedback, share it with the team, and use it to improve operations and build brand loyalty. Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members using all available tools including the Cicis Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
  • Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing levels according to projected sales, properly train team members to exceed guest expectations, ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and coach for improved performance. Foster a team-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.
  • Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt and friendly guest service; build sales through team member product training and sales execution.
  • Assist in achieving profit goals by effectively utilizing POS and other systems, executing cash management duties, and managing inventory levels to minimize waste and loss. Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, organized, and complies with safety standards.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
  • Capable of performing all restaurant positions' duties.
  • Ability to lead a team during a shift without supervision.
  • Bilingual skills may be required in certain markets.
  • Proficient with phones and computers.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position with potential to transition to salary, including health insurance benefits and paid vacation. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory background check results. We are an E-Verify company.
