A leading restaurant seeks a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards and providing excellent customer service. We need a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all the duties of Team Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation such as product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, and other duties as required or assigned.
