Maverik is seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations) in Norwalk Township, IA to lead daily store operations and coach Team Members. The role involves cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store and delivering an exceptional Maverik experience to every customer.

The position offers a starting pay range of $18.50–$20.50 per hour, with eligibility for a bonus program, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Must be 21+ and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach team members and handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support daily store operations and cross-train between Food Service and Front-of-Store.
• Model Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) to drive service standards.
