Job summary

Dunkin’ is opening a brand-new restaurant in Akron, Ohio. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help run day-to-day operations and support the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth shifts and strong performance as the location launches.

You’ll assist with local marketing, supervise staff training, and strive to meet sales and profit goals while delivering excellent guest service. The role starts early with a 4 am shift and requires open availability.

Qualifications

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• You’re ALL IN’ for starting your day bright and early and are ready to begin your workday at 4 am.
• You are ready to maintain open availability to accommodate any changes or variations in the work or location’s schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly.
• Help with day-to-day operations to run the restaurant effectively.
• Assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals.
