Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 5349-Eastview Mall, Victor, NY. You will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a seamless customer experience, and upholding Soma's hospitality-driven culture.

Role requires 18+ with 3 years retail management preferred, flexible availability, and strong communication. You will help drive sales, inventory accuracy, and Owens in-store and omni-channel initiatives at Soma.
