Soma is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 5015-Bellevue Square in Bellevue, WA. You will support the Store Manager in delivering a welcoming customer experience and leading a team in line with Soma's hospitality standards.

You will drive store performance, manage inventory, and foster community connections while coaching associates and upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a customer-centered experience on the sales floor.
• Assist in achieving store financial goals and drive performance.
