Hot Topic in California is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help lead our retail team and deliver great in-store service. You will support the Store Manager in hitting sales goals, recruiting, and developing the staff while promoting a fun, customer-focused shopping experience.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, monitor scheduling, and merchandise according to planograms, launching promos on time and engaging customers through social media and exclusive offers.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED (degree a plus).
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
