The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Fort Wayne is hiring an Assistant Store Manager/Manager-in-Training. This part-time leadership role (25 hours/week) partners with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage production and sales, and support banking and record-keeping.
The 12-week MIT program is designed to develop skills and pave a path to a full-time Store Manager position with benefits.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Status: Part-time (25 hours/week) with potential to transition to full-time (40 hours/week)
Manager-in-Training Program: 12 Weeks
