Pay Rate:$17.00 per hour
Status: Part-time (25 hours/week) with potential to transition to full-time (40 hours/week)

Position Overview
Join our team in “Doing the Most Good” as an Assistant Store Manager/Manager-in-Training.
In this support leadership role, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to help oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, production, sales, store maintenance, customer development, and banking and record-keeping procedures.
This part-time Manager-in-Training opportunity is designed to build the skills and experience needed to grow into a full-time Store Manager role following the 12-week program, which offers a comprehensive benefits package and the chance to make a meaningful impact in your community.
