Job summary

Maison Madison is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Men's Universe to partner with the Floor Director in driving sales, client development and service initiatives. The role requires leadership on the sales floor, coaching staff, and operational oversight of merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting reviews, maintaining CRM standards, and leading interviews when leadership is absent.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Cegid and E-time; ability to learn POS and payroll systems.
• Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong client service orientation.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance and flexibility in work availability as business needs dictate.
