Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a dependable Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional experience for customers. The AGM collaborates with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive sales, manage profitability, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to coach and hold staff accountable in a fast-paced pizza environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management or shift-lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Dependable and able to take ownership of the store.
• Comfortable coaching and holding employees accountable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for evenings and weekends as needed.
• Pizza or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus.
