LOFT in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and help recruit and develop talent.

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.
