Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to strengthen customer experiences and cultivate a strong store culture at our Great South Bay location in West Babylon, NY. You will lead on the sales floor, mentor associates, and align day-to-day operations with the brand's standards.

With 1+ year of retail management experience, you’ll drive omnichannel initiatives, recruit and develop talent, and ensure financial discipline while delivering exceptional service to customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
