Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give engaging tours to prospective residents.
• Coordinate move-ins with maintenance and vendors.
• Respond to inquiries—phone, email, in person.
• Guide residents through the leasing journey from application to move-in.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and resident events.
• Maintain records and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
