Job summary

1st Lake Properties in Louisiana is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to welcome future residents, conduct engaging tours, and create a community residents are proud to call home.

You’ll coordinate make-ready with maintenance and vendors, handle calls and emails, guide applicants through leasing, participate in events, maintain records, and uphold Fair Housing standards while growing with the team.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to future residents to showcase the community.
• Coordinate move-ins and make-ready with maintenance and vendors.
• Be the friendly voice and face for inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Guide applicants from application to move-in day.
• Build relationships and assist with marketing, events, and outreach.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
