Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for four hours, and reach 36 inches to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet goals.
• Hire, coach, and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs for advancement.
