• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train, and direct team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
