Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will help run a single Panda Express store, mentor staff, and drive guest satisfaction while participating in a multi-week leadership training program.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and oversee associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
• Support hiring, directing of team members and ensure adherence to standards.
