Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store in the Panda Restaurant Group family. You will hire, coach and direct associates to hit financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success. Your role requires a high school diploma, willingness to relocate within 50 miles, flexible hours including openings and closings, weekends, and holidays, and Serve Safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
