• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single store and oversee hiring, coaching and directing of associates to reach financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare for success.
