Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store. You will lead daily operations, hire and guide associates, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals. The role includes hands-on training and a multi-week leadership program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Includes a 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.
