As an Assistant Manager you will support store operations, oversee Crew Members, ensure food quality and safety, and uphold our standards while assisting the Operations Partner in achieving net operating profit. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience using computer systems and store software (POS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Sales support and help improve net operating profit.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with Crew Member training.
• Oversee quality control and food safety.
• Protect company assets and maintain security.
• Follow city, state, and federal codes and laws.
• Build and maintain a strong team.
• Keep areas clean and presentable inside and outside the store.
• Take on additional duties as needed by the Operations Partner.
