Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others.
• Lead a crew of 3 to 7 people and ensure teamwork.
• Open and close the store and manage daily operations with a sense of urgency.
• Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Create employee schedules and manage inventory/ordering as needed.
• Assist in training and lead by example during shift operations.
