Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, drive profitability, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a structured leadership training program, with ongoing development and mentorship, to prepare you for advancement within Panda’s growing network.

You must be flexible to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, and be willing to relocate up to 50 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work flexible shifts including opening/closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and drive financial performance.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and store leadership development program.
