A 3+ week store leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and direct/oversee associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and develop staff to support store performance and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in Panda leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
