Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
Responsibilities
- Assist the operation of a single store.
- Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
