Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to the professional and personal development of our associates with paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community.

You will assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store, oversee hiring and daily supervision to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction, and participate in a multi-week leadership training to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
