• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and guest experiences, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals.
• Support a three+ week leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
