You will hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Help deliver exceptional guest experiences and support store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
