Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders for our Panda Express store management team. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a supportive Panda community focused on your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ weeks leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure store success.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for the role.
