Job summary

You will work closely with the General Manager to meet performance targets, coach team members, and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient restaurant in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members and report results.
• Support General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards.
• Supervise kitchen for food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by training staff and organizing service areas.
• Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
