McDonald’s in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team across one or more shifts. You will guide crew and fellow managers to deliver consistent quality, service, and cleanliness for every customer experience.

Responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare a smooth handoff. Previous leadership in hospitality or retail is a plus.
